Syndicate Network, LLC (DSN), is a Sedona, AZ-based private
multimedia
firm focused on Broadcast, Internet, Music and other media industries.
DSN operates a popular
online ad-supported media and entertainment portal, providing
syndicated industry news, columnists, and a independent music download
service. The firm's professionals have a unique combination of
broadcast, music, Internet, and advertising media experience.
DSN was founded in
2001, under its
original
name Digital Syndicate TV. The
company originally specialized in commercial television production and
internet content syndication.
In 2003, the company dropped the name Digital
Syndicate TV for Digital
Syndicate Network. That same year, DSN launched the free online music
download service DSN Music.
In 2005, DSN expanded it's
business reach by launching DSN Radio,
a new subsidiary
created to acquire radio stations in small and medium markets in the
U.S.
The company also began
acquiring commercial real estate to build its
portfolio, and compliment its broadcast properties.
In 2008, DSN acquired a
majority share in Portland Oregon-based Tom Kat Records, which had been a
part of a joint venture arrangement since 2007. With DSN's growth in the independent
music business, the company expanded its product with the domestic
music label.

grow and develop new media platforms such as mobile content and online
